Custom Cupcake Order Form

Thank you for your interest! Please see the information below before filling out the form. Once your order is received, I will reach back out to you with questions or clarification as well as a quote for your cupcakes.

• Custom Cupcakes require a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes (starting at $30/dozen depending on flavor and design). 

• You may select one flavor and filling per dozen cupcakes. 

• Custom orders must be submitted at least 14 days prior to when they are to be picked up or delivered.

• Orders that are placed less than 14 days prior to when they are to be picked up or delivered are considered “RUSH” orders. If these orders are accepted, there is a rush fee added to the total cost of the order.

• 25% deposit due at time of booking. Remainder due date of pickup/delivery.
